ASSOCIATIONS

• American Association of University Women, Youngstown Branch, will have an annual holiday luncheon and bag auction Dec. 6 in the gathering room of Park Vista, 1216 Fifth Ave. The 11:30 a.m. social will be followed by the luncheon at noon. Christmas music will be provided by The Classic Touch, a woodwind quintet. Hostesses are Mary B. Smith, Kathleen Johnson, and Denise Walters Dobson. • Columbiana County Antique Tractor Association will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the fire hall in North Georgetown. On the agenda will be a discussion of pull dates for the 2009 season, possible rule changes, and election of officers and trustees.

• Mahoning Retired Teachers Association will meet for a social at 11 a.m. Dec. 10 at Antone’s Banquet Center, 8578 Market St. Lunch will be at 11:45, Entertainment will be by the Canfield High School Choral Ensemble. Representatives of the Salvation Army will accept donations, including unwrapped toys. All area retired teachers are welcome. • McDonald Basketball Boosters meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the high school cafeteria.

AUXILIARIES

• Flora MacDonald Auxiliary will meet at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Springfield Grille for a holiday luncheon.

• St. Elizabeth Auxiliary will mark its 75th anniversary when it meets at noon Dec. 8 at St. Edward Church, Vincentian Hall, 240 Tod Lane. Reservations are required by calling Kathy Detec, (330) 755-8919.
