Ray Noble, county relief chairman, is asking city, village and township officials to submit job plans for out-of-work stenographers, nurses, clerks, domestic workers and bookkeepers.

Steel output in the Youngstown district will be at 35 percent, with 29 of 83 open hearths in operation.

At the end of the first week of Civil Works Administration projects in Youngstown, more than $30,000 is distributed to 2,718 workers who have been employed on 30 projects.
