GIRARD — DaBoonDox, a Mahoning Valley-based hip-hop duo, will have Bridge the Gap II, a pre-Thanksgiving party, Wednesday night at the Gold Dome on U.S. route 422.

The 18-and-over show starts at 10 p.m. Admission is $5.

The show is a follow-up to last year’s Bridge the Gap, the goal of which was to bring a wide range of musical acts together. Guests will include Danny Hedrix, S-Pomp, Reznik and the Sweet Delights.

“The idea is simple,” said Troy Napier of the DaBoonDox. “We want to continue to bring diversity to the Valley, which is needed so badly not only in the community but in the music scene as well. We would like to see venues overcome catering to only certain genres. We pride ourselves on being pioneers for this idea and helping spread the message of diversity and unity.”

The other half of DaBoonDox is Jeff Killin.
