Clyde Singer’s America Art showings

The Canton Museum of Art, 1001 Market Ave. North, is hosting “Clyde Singer’s America” through Jan. 7. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The cost of the exhibit is $5.

Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave., Youngstown, also is showing Singer’s works. Hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; noon to 4 p.m. Sunday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday; closed Monday and major holidays. The show will close Dec. 2 and reopen the week of Dec. 9, and will continue through Jan. 4. The close of the exhibition accommodates the Butler’s annual holiday crafts show fundraiser, set for Dec. 6-7.
