Youngstown City Council Finance Committee meeting, 4:15 p.m., caucus room 6th floor, City Hall. After the meeting, the PUCO committee meeting will be at 5 p.m. when Tom Holloway from Mahoning Valley Sanitary District will present information regarding summary of the district’s Capital Improvement Program.
