Campaign workers form strategy group

YOUNGSTOWN — Herman Hill and Cynthia Rogers, who were part of the election campaign of Mayor Jay Williams, have formed Accelerate Strategies Group to provide campaign and image development for candidates, municipalities, nonprofits and ballot issue committees.

Buckeye Automotive restores vintage cars

BERLIN CENTER — Nathan Miller has opened Buckeye Automotive Restoration at 14200 Ellsworth Road. The company restores vintage cars, motorcycles, muscle cars and other collectable vehicles.

The Mahoning Valley Mustang Club has scheduled a painting class for its members, and the shop is available to other clubs, hobbyists or vocational students who want to learn how to paint. Also, the company’s restoration of several rare cars will be featured next year in a documentary by Classic Muscle Cars of Wauconda, Ill. Buckeye Automotive Restoration employs five.

Kingly Auto Sales also offers detailing

YOUNGSTOWN — Julius Oliver has opened Kingly Auto Sales and Detailing at 2501 Glenwood Ave. The business offers reconditioned used cars for sale, a car wash and detailing services.

Oliver is a Youngstown native who is attending Youngstown State University and has experience as a carpenter, welder and mason. He has attended a Detail King training seminar in Pittsburgh, where he learned how to operate a detailing business.

Agent opens American Family Insurance

POLAND — Tim Cearfoss, a full-time agent, has opened American Family Insurance at 20 E. McKinley Way, Suite 8.

American Family Insurance is based in Madison, Wis., and offers auto, homeowners, life, health, commercial and farm and ranch insurance as well as financial services. A lifelong Mahoning Valley resident, Cearfoss is the former owner of Customer Printing. He operated the business for 31 years before pursuing a new career in the insurance industry.

Northwood Realty opens new office in Howland

HOWLAND — Northwood Realty has opened its second office in the Mahoning Valley in The Market Place, 5000 E. Market St., Suite 5. The company opened an office in Boardman last year.
