PHILOSOPHY WALKER/ADAM MCCLUSKEY
• YOUNGSTOWN — Living at 4538 Nantucket Drive, Apt. 10, in Austintown, are Adam McCluskey and his bride, Philosophy Walker, who were united in marriage on Sept. 20 at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
The Rev. John Horner performed the ceremony for the daughter of Anita Kovalick and Gary Walker, of 635 Maplewood Ave., Struthers; and the son of Alice and Jim McCluskey, of 39290 Miller Road, Leetonia. A reception followed at Diehl Lake in Berlin Center.
The bride’s ivory and champagne satin A-line gown featured a side drape, a lace-up back and beaded lace on the hem and sweetheart neckline.
Serving as her sister’s maid of honor was Tatiana Walker, and bridesmaids included Sarah Walker, another sister; Andie and Amy McCluskey, sisters of the groom; Jordan Supan and Emily Nicastro, cousins of the groom; and Claire Crawford. They wore gowns in a variety of fall colors.
Flower girls were Emily Caguait; Ainsley and Kilian McDonald-Boyer; Rebekah Silver; and Samantha Supan, a cousin of the groom.
Kyle Gruszecki, a cousin of the groom, was best man, and Raymond James Griggy III participated as a groomsman.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, earned a bachelor’s degree in English at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She works as a free-lance writer. The groom, who attends Youngstown State University, is employed as a machine operator for Exal Corp.
