YOUNGSTOWN — For the second year in a row, St. Elizabeth Health Center has been named one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals Æ for cardiovascular care by the health care business of Thomson Reuters. The annual study, “2008 Thomson Reuters 100 Top Hospitals Æ: Cardiovascular Benchmarks for Success,” examined the performance of 970 hospitals by analyzing clinical outcomes for patients diagnosed with heart failure and heart attacks and for those who received coronary bypass St. Elizabeth Health Center Named One of the Nation’s Top Cardiovascular Hospitals. This is the third time St. Elizabeth Health Center has been recognized with this honor.

NILES — FedEx Ground, the small-package ground delivery service of FedEx Corp., has recognized Robert Bowman of Niles for achieving 15 years of safe driving without a preventable accident. He works out of the company’s Youngstown facility.
