• BOARDMAN — The wedding of Allison Marie Boerio and Isam Jerome Mitchell Jr., both of 67 Carter Circle, was an event of Oct. 10 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park.

The couple exchanged vows during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony officiated by the Rev. Robert Quaintance. They accepted congratulations during a reception at The Regency House in Austintown before leaving for a wedding trip to Naples, Fla. Upon return, they live in Boardman.

Victor and Elizabeth Boerio, 131 Indianola Road, Boardman, are parents of the bride, a personal banker with Charter One Bank.

The groom’s parents are Willie and Renee Smith, 170 Clarencedale Ave., Youngstown. He is pursuing a degree in building technology at New Castle School of Trades and is a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.

The bride’s ivory iridescent satin gown was enhanced with embroidered lace, crystals and pearls and featured a trumpet skirt and chapel train.

Cinnamon-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Nicola Miladore, and the bridesmaids, Amy Gorby, Amy Croake, Dina Jenkins, Markeisha Spivey and Amy Hilbert. Flower girls were Madison Croake and Victoria Gorby.

Jamar Mitchell served as best man, and groomsmen were Jordan Smith, Victor Boerio, William Croake, William Murray, and Robert Hrusorsky. Ring bearer was Ryan Mitchell.
