Robert Phillips, 29, of Midlothian Boulevard, felonious assault with a gun specification, failure to comply with a police order, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle and illegal gun possession.

Erica L. Jackson, 22, of Market Street, Boardman, heroin possession.

Jerome Givens, 47, of Rush Boulevard, domestic violence.

Jade Jackson, 21, of East Florida Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Djuan Watkins, also known as Dewain Watkins, 18, of Mabel Street, receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools.

Anthony Casanas, 20, of East Dewey Avenue, improperly discharging a gun at or into a habitation.
