Truck wreck snarls I-680

YOUNGSTOWN — It took more than three hours for tow trucks to right and remove a semi tractor trailer that turned over on Interstate 680 northbound just past Midlothian Boulevard this morning, police said. The rig crashed into a guardrail and then hit a utility pole around 8 a.m. The extent of the driver’s injuries were not immediately known.
