Music students to present recital Sunday

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown Music Teachers Association students will present a recital at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Butler Institute of American Art on Wick Avenue.

Preforming at the event will be the following: Danielle Best, Nicholas Cammarata, Alexis Cintron, Kelly Cowher, John Cruz, Myranda D’Apolito, Jonathan Gant, Elyse Gessler, Madison Johns, Alana Landers, Elizabeth McBride, Matt McNinch, Monica Mehta, Rachel Ragheb, Christian Rast, Jessica Shearer, Dena Tufaro, Hayley Ward, Kristi Yazvac, and Grant and Ryan Zarrinmakan.

The students will represent the following teachers: Joan Cosgrove, Fanny DiDomenico, Brad and Christina Gant, Mary Ann Hoffman, Carolyn Munro, Audrey Rhinehart, Dorothy Schwers, Carol Walters, Diane Yazvac and Frank Tarantino, who is chairman of the recital and will be an accompanist.

Also serving as accompanists will be Sean Baran, Brad Gant and Diane Yazvac. Hostesses will be Gina Romeo and Janice Woolley, and Cynthia Evans is president of the YMTA.
