New York man charged with sending underwear to 15-year-old

YOUNGSTOWN — A 57-year-old New York man has been charged in federal court with the transfer of obscene matter to a 15-year-old Warren girl. In October 2003, Gary Schor of Utica mailed the girl a pair of underwear that contained his semen, the government said. Schor met the girl on the Internet, William J. Edwards, acting U.S. attorney for the northern district of Ohio, said today. If convicted, Schor faces up to 10 years in prison, Edwards said. An information that outlines the charge was filed this week in federal court after Schor waived indictment. He is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 1 in Cleveland.
