A Trumbull County grand jury indicted the following people, who will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Monday before Judge Peter Kontos of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court:

Teresa Spencer, 22, of Niles, theft, four counts of tampering with records.

Marcus Gilbert, 34, of Niles, theft, two counts of tampering with records.

Paul J. Banovich III, 24, of Brookfield, three counts, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Gail L. Black, 37, of Youngstown, forgery, attempted grand theft.

John D. Gunter Jr., 39, of Hubbard, aggravated vehicular assault while operating a vehicle intoxicated and driving under suspension and hit/skip failure to stop after an accident.

Frederick A. Barr Sr., 46, of Warren, cocaine possession.

Destine D. Douglas, 25, of Youngstown, cocaine possession with forfeiture.

Robert A. Lee, 31, of Youngstown, arson.

Brandyn M. Kline, 20, of Warren, heroin trafficking with forfeiture; heroin possession with forfeiture.

Jason M. Hernon, 25, of Warren, cocaine possession.

Dennis L. Coudriet, 47, of Niles, cocaine possession.

Justin R. Grimm, 23, of Niles, aggravated arson.

Joseph J. Ebelender Jr., 26, of Cortland, receiving stolen property.

Maxwell M. Tenney, 20, of Champion, attempted arson and tampering with evidence.

Christopher L. Donofrio, 31, of Bessemer, Pa., theft.

Jason E. Tutoki, 28, of Niles, burglary.

Aaron P. Gromley, 25, of Niles, burglary.

Roderick A. Brantley, 24, of Warren, trafficking in marijuana with forfeiture; and cocaine possession with forfeiture.

Antonio E. Torres, 24, of Girard, trafficking in marijuana, three counts of trafficking in cocaine.

Richard A. Harris II, 21, of Girard, three counts of aggravated drug trafficking.

Jessica A. Serbin, 24, of Hubbard, two counts of theft, two counts of forgery.

The grand jury refused to indict the following:

Roceme A. Jethrow, 28, of Cortland, carrying a concealed weapon.

Wu Tao, 24, of New York City, trademark counterfeit.

Jerry R. Schreckengost, 34, of Jamestown, Pa., arson.

Mario J. Barnett, 32, of Youngstown, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.

Curtis L. Ball, 45, of Warren, tampering with evidence and cocaine possession.

Steven Lewis, 42, of McDonald, domestic violence.

Keith A. Jones, 24, of Youngstown, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, drug trafficking and drug possession.

Lisa D. White, 37, of Warren, heroin possession.
