Houses deliberately set ablaze on Forest View

YOUNGSTOWN — Two vacant houses on Forest View Avenue on the East Side were deliberately set on fire over the weekend. The structure at 1514 Forest View, full of old tires, was fully engulfed when crews arrived at 12:50 p.m. Saturday and allowed to burn down. Damage was set at $10,000. Firefighters were back on the street around 8 p.m. Saturday. The fire at 1518 Forest View started in the attic, reports show. Damage was set at $5,000.
