Notebook: For second successive week, Steelers face team with long regular-season losing streak in Pittsburgh. Until last week, Colts hadn’t won there in 40 years; Chargers are 0-12 there, although they are 2-0 in playoffs, including 17-13 upset in January 1995 AFC championship game. Steelers averaged 28.8 points in those 12 regular-season home games against San Diego. ... Chargers TE Antonio Gates has 49 touchdown catches in 86 games and, with scoring catch in any of next 13 games, will be first TE with 50 TD receptions in fewer than 100 games.
