Notebook: For second successive week, Steelers face team with long regular-season losing streak in Pittsburgh. Until last week, Colts hadn’t won there in 40 years; Chargers are 0-12 there, although they are 2-0 in playoffs, including 17-13 upset in January 1995 AFC championship game. Steelers averaged 28.8 points in those 12 regular-season home games against San Diego. ...
