Mimosas will be available to guests beginning at 10:30 a.m., and the brunch will be served at 11:30.

The menu will feature dishes created from recipes in the Angels of Easter Seals cookbooks, including Cheese Blintzes (Vol. 2, Page 82), Fruit Jubilee (Vol. 2, Page 271), Red Leaf Lettuce Salad (Party Favorites, Page 72), Seafood Bake (Vol. 1, Page 204), Provolone Chicken (Vol. 2, Page 225), Egg and Sausage Quiche (Vol. 1, Page 66), and Potato Frittata (Vol. 2, Page 84).

Those attending the event will have an opportunity to purchase Glitter Girls Boutique items such as unique handbags, scarves, pashminas and men’s accessories. They can also purchase a wide variety of cookies, pastries and breads, made from recipes in the award-winning cookbooks. There will also be a 50-50 raffle and a ticket auction drawing, and the Angels cookbooks and baskets will be sold.

The cost is $25 per person, and reservations are required by Nov. 26. To make a reservation, send a check to Angels of Easter Seals, c/o Jane J. Evans, 7732 Silver Fox Drive, Boardman, OH 44512. Tickets can also be purchased by calling the Easter Seals Center, (330) 743-1168, or by contacting any Angel.

All proceeds from the event will benefit disabled children and adults served by the Easter Seals Center of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.

Co-chairwomen for the event are Susan Berny and Debbie Wilson, who are being assisted by members of the Angels. Debbie Liptak is president of the organization.

Due to limited parking, guests are asked to carpool if possible.
