• Youngstown Federation has scheduled a noon luncheon at Springfield Grille, 7413 Tiffany Blvd. S., Boardman. Club presidents will be honored and meditation will be by Dorothy Bailey of Past Officers Club. The program will be presented by Shirley Griffin, whose theme will be “Inspirational and Motivational Topic.” Guests are welcome.
