Give "Locks of Love" next Saturday

BUTLER, Pa. — Butler County Community College and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society present “Locks-Giving” to benefit Locks of Love from 9 a.m. to noon next Saturday in the Succop Theater on BC3 main campus. Both hair and cash donations will be accepted by the Locks of Love organization to benefit children under age 18 suffering from long-term hair loss from any medical diagnosis.

Locks of Love’s mission is provide wigs to financially disadvantaged children.

Stylists will be on-hand to cut hair for a donation. There is a 10-inch minimum requirement and hair should be clean and dry.

Refreshments and music will also be part of the event.
