Jennifer Bucci sets Dec. wedding date with Matthew Hale

• Jennifer Bucci and Matthew Hale are engaged and planning a December wedding, their parents announce.

The bride-elect is the daughter of James and Joy Bucci, all of 1831 Johnston Place, Poland. The prospective groom, of 817-A Tamarack Drive, Carthage, N.Y., is the son of Matthew and Deborah Hale, of 478 Flagler Lane, Boardman.

The couple will exchange vows in an open ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 27 at Holy Family Church in Poland. Invitations are being extended for a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman.

Miss Bucci earned an associate degree in applied science at Youngstown State University. She received a managing cosmetology license from Casal Aveda Institute in Austintown and works as a hair stylist for Salon V in Canfield.

Mr. Hale, who earned an associate degree in criminal justice at YSU, is a sergeant in the U.S. Army.
