“Chuck” (8 p.m., NBC): On a fresh episode of “Chuck,” our nerdy hero has a chance encounter with an old flame (Jordana Brewster) and embellishes his life story to impress her. You just know that will lead to trouble.

“Gossip Girl” (8 p.m., The CW): Is there no end to Blair’s duplicity on “Gossip Girl”? She despises Eleanor’s new boyfriend (Wallace Shawn) so much that she hatches a plan to break them up. Also, Cyndi Lauper makes a cameo appearance.

“The Soup Presents” (10 p.m., E!): The saucy rants center on the whacky women of reality TV.
