GARDEN CLUBS

TUESDAY

• Ikebana will repeat two classes in Ichiyo School at 10 a.m. Pearl Marlos will be the instructor.

• New Bedford has planned a road trip beginning at 6 p.m. to the Train Station in Lowellville, where members will tour the station.

WEDNESDAY

• Mahoning will attend the Garden Forum general meeting, flower show and luncheon at noon at the Davis Center. Hostesses will be Marion Glover and Mary Jane Harbison.

THURSDAY

• Immaculate Heart will meet at 10 a.m. in the rectory meeting room. There will be election of officers, and scrapbooks will be updated. A luncheon will follow.

SATURDAY

• Sunflower hostess will be Mrs. Alice Johnson, and the topic will be “When Gardens Were a Necessity.”
