WARREN — Girishkumar Shah of Warren has won $100,000 playing Ohio Lottery’s Deal or No Deal instant ticket. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Shah will receive a check for $69,000.

Shah purchased the winning ticket from 960 Quick Stop, 960 Mahoning Ave.

The store receives $1,000 for selling the ticket. Deal or No Deal costs $5 per ticket.

Windows shot out

WARREN — About 40 windows were shot out at Concord Steel, 1451 Buena Vista Ave. N.E., a manager at the company told police.

The manager said the damage was apparently done sometime between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
