Windows shot out at Concord Steel in Warren

WARREN — About 40 windows were shot out at Concord Steel, 1451 Buena Vista Ave., N.E., a manager at the company told police.

The manager said the damage was apparently done sometime between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
