Head-on crash leaves one in serious condition

WEATHERSFIELD — William A. Walsh 43, of Niles was sent to St. Elizabeth Health Center in serious condition after a two-car crash on Salt Springs Road northwest of West Liberty Street, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Warren post. A vehicle driven by Jeremy J. Lytle, 20, of Warren was traveling northwest on Salt Springs Monday afternoon and turned left of center, striking Walsh head-on, the patrol said. Lytle refused treatment for minor injuries at the scene, the patrol said.
