TV viewing tough at the election board

Youngstown — What do you do at the Mahoning County Board of Elections while waiting for local results?

Many are squatted in front of a television watching NBC’s coverage of the national election.

But there is a bit of a problem — the TV screen is about three inches in size and in black and white.

That makes it next to impossible to determine which shade of gray is blue and which is red on the station’s presidential map.
