SBlt YOUNGSTOWN — The exchange of nuptial vows took place on Oct. 4 during a 2 p.m. ceremony at St. Christine Church as Kelli Soda and Dennis Fahndrich, both of Austintown, were united in marriage by the Rev. Peter Haladej.
After a reception in their honor at the Regency House, the daughter of Anthony and Donna Soda of Las Vegas, Nev., and son of Dennis and Cathy Fahndrich of Youngstown left for a honeymoon at Maroma Beach in Riviera Cancun, Mexico.
The bride wore a strapless A-line gown with a satin empire bodice overlaid with beaded embroidery netting and featuring a chapel train.
The honor attendants, Jenna Soda, the bride’s sister, and Melanie Farina, wore black gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Jennifer Fahndrich, a sister of the groom; Kelly Plant; Rachel Bloomberg; and Jolynn Johnson.
Tom Goldner performed the duties of best man, and serving as groomsmen were Carmen Farina, Charlie Jaminet, Jeff Scacchetti, John Zucco, Anthony Fronzaglio, and the bride’s cousin, Sean McMurray. Ring bearers were Giovani and Nico Farina.
The bride, a CAT scan technologist at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center, graduated from Western Reserve Care System School of Radiologic Technology. The groom is a union glazier with Youngstown Mirror and Glass.
The couple live in Austintown.
