The Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people on Thursday:
William Phibbs, 35, of Jacobs Road, open burning or dumping.
William Habeger, 41, of Kirwan Drive, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol with repeat operating a vehicle while intoxicated offender specifications.
Samuel R. Cuadrado, 24, of Rigby Street, violation of a protection order and aggravated burglary.
Terrell L. Engles, 29, of Himrod Avenue, illegal gun possession and carrying concealed weapons.
Lori A. Ivey, 39, of Wirt Street, cocaine possession.
Earl L. Charity, 51, of Lansdowne Boulevard, cocaine possession.
Robert Underwood, 49, of Dryden Avenue, cocaine possession.
Jamal J. Vaughn, 24, of Berwick Avenue, cocaine possession.
Angela Terry, 25, of Columbus, forgery and identity fraud.
William T. Jones, 47, of Clearmount Drive, burglary and possessing criminal tools.
Eugenia Tucker, 32, of Mount Vernon Avenue, drug possession.
Matthew Treharn, 23, of Tyrell Street, cocaine possession.
James D. Anderson, 45, of Valley Road, Salem, retaliation and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol with repeat operating a vehicle while intoxicated offender specifications.
Ronald Washington, 52, of Sherwood Avenue, felonious assault and domestic violence.
Rickie Gonzalez, 44, of 12th Street, Campbell, kidnapping, robbery and aggravated burglary with repeat violent offender specifications.
Andrew Ryan, 25, of Lexington Avenue, Salem, drug possession with a forfeiture specification, money laundering and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
The grand jury declined to indict Preston L. Kemble of Norman Avenue, Alliance, on theft and breaking and entering charges.
