Leonard B. Coursin, 51, of Henry Avenue, East Liverpool, breaking and entering.

Daniel S. Bussard, 31, of Main Street, Washingtonville, burglary.

John A. Cope, 37, of Wilson Street, Salem, gross sexual imposition and rape.

Howard A. Lightner, 28, of Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, theft.
