Basket event will benefit Trumbull Mobile Meals

WARREN — Trumbull Mobile Meals, in conjunction with the Trumbull County Medical Society Alliance, will have its second annual Basket Extravaganza at 6 p.m. next Saturday at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave.N.W.

More than $18,000 worth of merchandise will be available through a Chinese raffle, a silent auction or a live auction.

Hors d’oeuvres and entertainment will be provided. Proceeds will defray the cost of home-delivered meals to people who cannot afford the full cost. The event is open to the public.

Cost for Mobile Meals volunteers is $25 per person or $45 per couple. The cost for non-volunteers is $35 per person or $65 per couple.
