“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m. Sunday, WFMJ-TV 21; rebroadcast at 7 p.m. Wednesday on Time Warner Cable channel 15 in Trumbull County): The Trumbull African American Achievers Association (TAAAA) will officially start the summer and month of June with their 21st annual Festival, June 6-8 in downtown Warren. TAAAA Committee member Gwen Morgan will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and activities for the upcoming weekend. National recording artist Shirley Murdock will perform during the event, as well as the Total Package Band and the Tribe of Judah.

Next, local recording artist and NBC “Clash of the Choirs” winner LeShawn Tucker will perform the latest release from his CD, “Stuck in Love.” Tucker will reflect on his time on the show.
