X BOARDMAN — The exchange of nuptial vows took place May 10 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park as Jaime Lyn Anderson and Edward James Sayers were united in marriage during a 4:30 p.m. ceremony performed by the Rev. Mark Bernard.

A reception followed at the Regency House in Austintown to honor the daughter of Jeffrey and Jeanne Anderson, 531 Purdue Ave., Youngstown, and the son of Edward Sayers of Warren and Zephyr Hills, Fla., and Linda Sayers of Daytona Beach, Fla.

The bride wore a strapless ivory chiffon gown with a sweep train.

Jodi Anderson, the bride's sister and honor attendant, wore a canary-yellow gown, and rose-petal pink gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Sarah Knipple, Erin Gentry, Adrianne Harkless and the bride’s nieces, Taylor Snyder and Haley Tucker.

Daniel Batyk performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were William Batyk, Jake Rostan and Michael Gentry.

The bride, whose married name will be Anderson-Sayers, graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelor's degrees in philosophy and religion. She is employed at Dickey’s in Youngstown.

The groom, a service technician with Youngstown Buick, Pontiac, GMC in Boardman, graduated from New Castle School of Trades.

After a wedding trip to Las Vegas, the couple live at 3885 Chaucer Lane, Youngstown.
