Monroe-Winbush completes program

WASHINGTON — Tracey Monroe-Winbush of Youngstown, a local radio talk show host, of T-Win Media Group LLC, has graduated from the statewide JoAnn Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute at a ceremony in Washington, D.C., Betty D. Montgomery, chair of the board for the institute, announced.

Montgomery said, “The institute’s yearlong program equipped Winbush for public service in her community. The eight-month leadership course provided professional training for women aspiring to become leaders in public service, their community, and the Republican party.
