Wedding date set by Devonne White and Grover Diggs

X WARREN — The engagement and plans for the upcoming marriage of Devonne C. White and Grover O. Diggs are being announced by parents of the bride-elect, Robert and Ruth Grayer of Warren.

The future groom is a son of Bernita F. Diggs of Warren and Wallace C. Pruitt, also of Warren.

The bride-to-be is a homemaker and a laborer.

Her fianc is employed by Warren City Schools and is a football, basketball and baseball coach at Warren G. Harding High School.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows Aug. 9 at New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church.

An invitation-only reception will take place at Jericho Center in Bazetta.
