Ginobili leads Spurs to Game 3 win

SAN ANTONIO — Manu Ginobili scored 30 points to break out of his slump and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Los Angeles Lakers 103-84 in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals on Sunday night.

Tim Duncan added 22 points and Tony Parker had 20 for the Spurs, who needed a win at home to avoid going into an 0-3 hole against the Lakers.

Kobe Bryant scored 30 for Los Angeles, which still holds a 2-1 series lead. Pau Gasol added 15 points.

The Spurs, who have not lost at home this postseason, host Game 4 on Tuesday.
