Indictments

The Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people on Thursday:

Paul Gustinella, 33, of Ellsworth Road, Berlin Center, three counts of aggravated assault and one count of endangering children.

Vincent A. Martin, 50, of Hoyle Road, Berlin Center, tampering with records and identity fraud.

William James, 21, of East Dewey Avenue, four counts of burglary.

Richard N. Latimer, 25, of Sylvia Lane, Boardman, tampering with evidence, possessing criminal tools and tampering with an odometer, and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Joseph Jackson III, 31, of West Marion Avenue, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.

Justyn L. Edwards, 19, of West Ravenwood Avenue, failure to comply with a police order.

Laurie L. DiGiammarino, 45, of Emerson Avenue, Farrell, Pa., cocaine possession.

Jason G. Weaver, 22, of LaBelle Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Lewis Gibbs, 29, of Breaden Street, receiving stolen property.

John J. Reid, 20, of West Florida Avenue, burglary.

Marquis M. Lee, 22, of Howard Street, title offense and tampering with vehicle identification numbers.

Lee M. Jones, 23, of Berkley Avenue, cocaine possession.

Sheena Thomas, 24, of Guadalupe Avenue, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Randall Rankin, 46, of Fifth Avenue, cocaine possession.

Marcus L. Bush, 33, of East Auburndale Avenue, failure to comply with a police order, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle and illegal gun possession.

Larry Payne, 53, of South Portland Avenue or Hayward, Calif., assault and harassment by inmate.

Duane Leggett, 24, of Glenwood Avenue, assault.

Anthony J. Santisi, 20, of Talsman Drive, Canfield, heroin possession.

Quentin D. Burley, 23, of West Warren Avenue, burglary.

Shacole Slocum, also known as Latayia Brown, 21, of Brooklyn Avenue, forgery and burglary.

Michael Carosella, 24, of South Raccoon Road, Austintown, forgery.

Lilton Morris, 35, of Jefferson Street, burglary.

Daniel S. Krotky, 40, of Woodbine Avenue, Struthers, or Sexton Street, Struthers, vandalism and possessing criminal tools.

Marvin C. Reese, 34, of Crystal Avenue, Euclid, arson.

Toni M. Pelamati, 40, of Robert Snipes Road, Beloit, or Beloit-Snodes Road, Beloit, three counts of theft.

Vandy Bryant, 24, of Roslyn Drive, possession of dangerous drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Melvin E. Howard, 23, of Penn Avenue, two counts of harassment by inmate.

The grand jury declined to indict Mickele Glenn of Southern Boulevard on a charge of carrying concealed weapons.
