The 11-member committee formed earlier this year and have made initial recommendations to Boardman trustees. Committee members:

James Rosa, a certified public accountant with Hill, Barth King, Boardman.

Bill Sweeney of Sweeney & Associates, an advertising company, Boardman.

Debbie Liptak of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County.

John Burgan of Burgan Real Estate, Boardman.

Julie Michael Smith, chief development officer for the Youngstown Business Incubator.

Mark Luke of First Source Associates, a management consulting company.

Reid Schmutz, president of the Youngstown State University Foundation.

Taylor Evans, chief financial officer of Modern Builders Supply, Boardman.

Tim Kaple, CFO of DeBartolo Corp., Boardman.

Tom Carney of Carney McNicholas, and a former township trustee and former state representative.

Tom Hatthorn, retired vice president of lending at Farmers National Bank.
