Courtney-Meyer wedding to be aboard a yacht

X The engagement of Tiffany Courtney of Arcadian Lane, Las Vegas, and Seth Meyer of Melrose Heights, Henderson, Nev., is being announced by parents of the bride-elect, John Courtney, Hitchcock Road, Boardman, and Jeanne and John Clacko of Tippecanoe Road, Canfield.

Mr. Meyer is the son of Jerry and Teri Meyer, Shoreline Drive, Oacoma, S.D.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a 6 p.m. ceremony that will take place Aug. 14 aboard a yacht at Newport Harbor, Newport Beach, Calif. Invitations will be issued for the wedding and for the dinner/dance cruise reception afterward.

The bride-to-be graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in criminal justice and is employed by Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas.

The prospective groom, a police officer in Las Vegas, graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln with a degree in criminal justice forensic science.
