Aidan’s heroism in rescuing Jake allowed Zach to finally let go of his anger. Although warmly welcomed back, Jake was plagued by nightmares. JR feared that Adam is losing his mind and took action after Adam confided that he’s being haunted by Dixie. When Greenlee admitted to Aidan that she doesn’t want to have children, he bitterly wondered why she had such a different attitude about Ryan. Babe finally realized what Richie did to JR and launched a plan to prove that Richie was guilty of a setup.

AS THE WORLD TURNS

Lily believed she and Carly had succeeded in bringing Holden back to her bed, but after they made love, Holden found out about the scheme, rekindling their former relationship problems. Emily and Casey shared a tryst in New York, which she said could never happen again, and fired him. Katie wasn’t pleased when Janet didn’t leave town, despite Brad’s assurances of love for Katie. Marcus read about Eric and Donna’s wedding and arrived at the Forrester house, his familiarity prompting Donna to ask where they met before.

Kayla went into premature labor and gave birth to a baby boy, but he wasn’t breathing. Hearing of Daniel’s intent to leave Salem, Chelsea gave him a passionate kiss and told Daniel she’s willing to wait for him. Bo and Hope arrested the gunman who Martino had ordered to kill Steve, then charged Martino with two counts of murder, as well as the attempted crime. Impressed when Philip got possession of John’s disk, Victor gave him all the Kiriakis business ventures. Nick was furious when Stephanie told him about Max submitting Nick’s grant proposal.

GENERAL HOSPITAL

Carly finally came to terms with sending Michael to the permanent care facility, as she, Sonny, and Jason said their heartbreaking goodbyes to the child. Jason was able to let out his grief over Michael when he was with Elizabeth. Kate overheard Sonny voice his guilt for saving her, but left before hearing him say he doesn’t blame her for Michael’s fate. Lulu and Johnny launched their dangerous plan to make Anthony think they’re a couple, and were spied on by Trevor. Ric insisted to Alexis that he wants to destroy Trevor to make him pay for his manipulations.

GUIDING LIGHT

Convinced that a crooked cop prevented Gus from completing his cases, Harley asked Jeffrey to find out more. Meanwhile, Mallet revealed to Dinah that the guilty party was Gus, and Mallet is keeping the truth hidden to protect Gus’ name and his family. Defying Natalia, Alan secretly asked Rafe to continue spying for him. Bill saw Lizzie’s car packed with toddler gifts and realized she was leaving to visit Sarah, Lizzie having been given their address by Reva. Jeffrey told Reva he’s OK with the movie being about her and Josh’s love story.

ONE LIFE TO LIVE

Langston admitted to a relieved Dorian that Starr, not she, is pregnant. John figured out Starr’s condition but kept it to himself, as Todd cornered Starr and Cole. Dorian hoped to keep trouble away when she paid Brody to vanish, but Brody was conflicted over what he should do. David demanded money from Jared and Natalie to keep quiet about Jared not being a Buchanan, but still had no idea that he (David) is the Buchanan heir.

PASSIONS

Sheridan talked Fancy and Luis through landing the plane to save their lives, refusing to let Luis die, only to be told that he and Fancy are getting married. Eve delivered Vincent’s baby boy, and Julian insisted on a paternity test. Theresa drugged Gwen, who saw her making love to Ethan (who was also drugged), and was determined to find her rival. As Pilar feared the consequences of Juanita locating her family and getting revenge, Juanita used torture to close in on her targets.

YOUNG AND RESTLESS

Adrian was furious when no other publisher would touch his book and threatened Colleen, who said her goodbyes. Jack re-shot the Restless Style cover with a different model, leaving Sharon to break the bad news to Lily. Jeff demanded $50 million from Gloria, which will leave her broke. Gloria got drunk and kissed Alistair, thinking he was John. Jeff revealed his true feelings for Gloria to Jill, who suggested he make Gloria jealous to win her back. After moving into the campus house, Chloe got plastered and kissed Cane. Nikki and David had a quickie marriage in Mexico.
