Haybert Williams, 52, Lakewood Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession.

John E. Williams, 31, Rutledge Drive, Youngstown, robbery.

Luis E. Perez, 52, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Youngstown, burglary.

William D. Davis, 18, Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, cocaine possession.

Marniese J. Kimbrough, 30, Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown, cocaine possession, marijuana trafficking.

Damon K. Clark, 43, Donation Street, Youngstown, cocaine possession.

Matthew Johnson, 27, Orrin Avenue, Youngstown, being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, cocaine possession.

Derek J. Barnhart, 33, Bell Road, Lisbon, cocaine possession.

Marvin J. Redding, 34, East Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Leonard E. Mayo, 55, North Meridian Road, Youngstown, cocaine possession.
