Bond set at $100,00 0 in run-over case

YOUNGSTOWN — The Boardman man accused of failing to stop after running over a bar patron in a parking lot was video arraigned today from the Mahoning County jail. Municipal Court Judge Robert P. Milich set bond at $100,000 for Nicholas E. Cobbin, 25, of Stratford Road. A preliminary hearing on the felony charge will be May 21. Police said the victim suffered serious harm on May 6 outside Big D’s Irish Pub, 3143 Mahoning Ave. on the West Side.
