Unaware of this, Tad tracked down Dr. Madden’s assistant, Hazel, and convinced her to tell him that Kate had been taken to New Mexico. Meanwhile, Julia planned a move to Australia with Kathy. In Darfur, Aidan was taken captive and held with Jake. When Treena demanded more money from Richie, he in turn blackmailed Annie by threatening to reveal her lies to Ryan. After seeing Richie in the park with Treena (who he had hired to set up J.R.), Babe apologized to J.R about jumping to the wrong conclusion about him.

Disappointed when Holden wasn’t ready to become intimate following her return home, Lily solicited Carly’s help to bring them together in the bedroom. E.J. secretly paid off Nicole to testify for him at the immigration hearing. After E.J’s visa was renewed, Nicole sought comfort from him about her dog being poisoned and a jealous Sami reacted by giving him a hot kiss. The disk went missing from the safe.

Refusing to send Michael to a permanent care facility, Carly tried her own plan but it didn’t work out as she hoped, causing her to finally face the truth. While holding Maxie at knifepoint in front of Jason and Spinelli, Ian admitted that he shot Michael but wouldn’t say who he was working for. Claudia tried to convince Jason that someone other than she was responsible for the shooting. Anna made things sticky when she questioned Patrick about marriage plans, which Robin insisted to Patrick she doesn’t need.

Ava made Lizzie think Bill had slept with Lizzie to get at her family secrets. Upset, Bill gave Ava a check and told her to keep her distance, but Lizzie urged him not to abandon fatherhood. Meanwhile, Ava turned her eye to Remy, who had been encouraged by Lizzie to keep Ava away from Bill. Olivia collapsed after walking rapidly. Cyrus lied to Josh that Cassie slept with someone from out of town. Coop found a drunk Ashlee surrounded by letters she wrote to everyone who had hurt her feelings.

Natalie and Jared made love after she finally admitted her feelings, but she was torn over not telling Viki the facts about Charlie’s lies. David believed he found a new meal ticket when he eavesdropped on Natalie and Jared. Adriana was floored by Brody’s revelation that Rex is Shane’s father, but offered him money to say he’s the dad. Langston was in hot water when Dorian thought she was pregnant and took Langston to have it terminated.

Astounded to see Vincent about to give birth, Julian finally learned from Eve the whole tale of Vincent and Valerie. Pretty drugged the pilot of the plane taking Luis and Fancy on a romantic flight, resulting in the couple finding him unconscious in the cockpit. Tabitha believed the burning of Kay’s wedding dress pointed to a great evil coming to Harmony. Noah and Roberto argued over Paloma. Juanita escaped from prison and was single-mindedly bent on getting revenge against Pilar.

YOUNG AND RESTLESS

Victor proposed to Sabrina. Kevin and Brad asked Michael for help in stopping Adrian’s tell-all book from being published. Adrian blamed Colleen when the book was put on hold, and she decided to go to Shanghai. Kevin told Jana the truth about what’s in the book as she panicked, having just accepted a job working for Sabrina. Fed up with Victor’s favoritism toward Adam, Victoria quit Newman Enterprises and took a job at Jabot. Lily admitted to Cane that she’s been trying not to think about losing the baby.
