Anthony Blalock, 25, of West Midlothian Boulevard, domestic violence.

William Jones, 18, of East Midlothian Boulevard, theft.

Kevin Peeples, 22, of North Forest Avenue, two counts of aggravated burglary.

John J. Mehle, 42, of Highlawn Avenue, cocaine possession.

Joseph Brown, 22, of Penny Lane, Lowellville, receiving stolen property.

Gary Evans, 30, of Cherry Fork Avenue, Leetonia, cocaine possession.

David R. Hagens Jr., 39, of Benita Avenue, cocaine possession and trafficking with forfeiture specifications.

James G. Spires, 25, of Catalina Avenue, cocaine possession and trafficking with forfeiture specifications and illegal gun possession.

Dameion L. Armour, 36, of Mabel Street, failure to report change of address after a conviction for corruption of a minor.

Shalamar Teague, 18, of Martin Luther King Boulevard or Bennington Avenue, cocaine possession, aggravated trafficking in cocaine and permitting drug abuse.

Michael Watkins, 26, of Wirt Street, aggravated trafficking in cocaine.

James Christian, 19, of Dale Street. harassment by inmate.

Kevin L. West, 21, of Clearmount Drive, illegal gun possession and improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Kadeem Gilmore, 19, of East Warren Avenue, cocaine possession.

David E. Cobb, 17, of Sherwood Avenue, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary with firearm specifications.
