“TV’s All-Time Funniest” (8 p.m., ABC): For this two-hour special, TV fans were asked to choose their favorites in such categories as Funniest Comedy Father/Mother/Kids/Relatives/ Neighbors ... you get the idea. Winners will be announced, and actors Brad Garrett, Mary Tyler Moore, Marion Ross, David Hyde Pierce and Rue McClanahan will talk about their roles, and what it means to be funny on TV.

“NUMB3RS” (10 p.m., CBS):Juicy J and DJ Paul from the Oscar-winning rap group Three 6 Mafia guest star in a new episode of “NUMB3RS” that has Don and the FBI investigating the murder of a rap star. Juicy J and DJ Paul perform “Lolli Lolli [Pop That Body],” the first single from their upcoming album.
