Severance packages - Youngstown city retirees
The Youngstown Board of Control is expected today to approve severance payments to 16 former city employees who accepted early-retirement buyouts. Below are the ex-employees, their job titles and the buyout amounts.

Stephanie Mason, clerk typist at the health department, $2,457.25.
Andrea Castrodale, civil service commission secretary/office assistant, $18,591.92.
Louis Joseph, water department construction foreman, $10,245.91.
Terrance L. Landis, water department construction foreman, $23,202.79.
Elsa Russo, clerk of court’s deputy clerk/bookkeeper, $9,600.16.
