Acquisitions by First Place Financial Corp:

June 2004: Acquired Franklin Bank of Southfield, Mich., which had five branches.

June 2006: Acquired Northern Savings & Loan Co. of Elyria, which had seven branches.

June 2007: Acquired seven Republic Bank branches in and around Flint, Mich.

September 2007: Acquired HBLS Bank, which had one branch in Hicksville, Ohio.

April 2008: Announced a deal to buy OC Financial, which has a bank branch in Dublin, Ohio, and one in Cleveland Heights.

May 2008: Announced a deal to buy Camco Financial Corp. of Cambridge, Ohio, which has 22 branches in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
