YPD awards ceremony is Thursday morning

YOUNGSTOWN — The annual Youngstown Police Department awards ceremony will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church social hall on Via Mount Carmel. More than 50 officers will be recognized for their service.
