Several meetings set Thursday in Weathersfield Township

MINERAL RIDGE — Weathersfield Township trustees’ caucus at 10 a.m. Thursday will be followed by meetings of the Records Retentions Committee and the Audit Committee.

The Records Retention Committee reviews township records and determines, based on state guidelines, what is to be kept.

The Audit Committee meets to review monthly finances of the township and discuss internal record-keeping procedures. The committee also will meet with state auditors this year before and after a scheduled audit of the township’s books, trustees chairman Fred Bobovnyk said.
