An April 22 story about Joseph I. Aston, 30, of Perkinswood Boulevard, Warren, incorrectly reported that drugs and alcohol were involved when he reported to police that his 2-year-old son was missing. Also, his mother actually had the child, not his wife.

A May 3 story about the 50th anniversary of Austintown Local Schools’ Lynn Kirk Elementary School reported that the school was the oldest district school still in operation. Woodside Elementary, built in 1948, is the district’s oldest school building. Lynn Kirk was built in 1958.
