COLUMBIANA COUNTY Indictments
A Columbiana County grand jury recently indicted these people:
Nathaniel J. Barnes, 29, of Neosho Road, Youngstown, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a detention facility. He was arrested on allegations that he smuggling about an ounce of suspected marijuana into the county jail. He was hired as a corrections officer in October 2007 and arrested and fired in January.
Joshua Francis, 26, of Baxter Street, East Liverpool, aggravated burglary, felonious assault and attempted burglary.
Kathleen L. Morris, 19, of Rigby Street, East Liverpool, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
Cody L. Jones, 18, of Mill Street, Salineville, vandalism and criminal damaging.
Dustin M. Berresford, 21, no address available, assault.
Dennis A. Brewer, 41, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, failure to verify address, and failure to notify the sheriff of change of address.
Andrew J. Smith, 21, of Camp Boulevard, Hanoverton, aggravated burglary.
Derek S. Gainey, 19, of Hoffee Road, Lisbon, aggravated burglary.
Mark E. Foden, 38, of Park Place Avenue, East Liverpool, robbery.
Denise L. Brownfield, 43, of Lodge Road, Leetonia, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jamie L. Allen, 33, no address available, domestic violence.
Jason W. Heffner, 28, no address available, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering.
Jacob M. Arkwright, 19, of Homewood Avenue, Salem, burglary and theft.
Jordan S. Bell, 18, Honey Lane, Leetonia, burglary and theft.
Chad D. Williams, 28, of Wilbert Avenue, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering.
Jordan A. Berresford, 18, of Strongsville, Ohio, aggravated burglary.
